Tracking Points in Your Studio

Our music studio offers points to students when they complete their music, worksheets, theory, warm-ups, etc. When they reach a number of points, they can buy prizes with them. Whoever has the most points at the end of the year earns a trophy! The students get so competitive over their points and its brings excitement and energy into the studio!

The students track their points on a point tracker that I have created. I printed them off onto colored card stock and slipped it into a sheet protector. Then whenever a student got more points, I took a dry erase marker and drew an X on the number of points they were at.

I also compiled a list of everything a student can do to earn points on our Music Points page. I set the worksheet on the piano so it is easily seen to the student.

You can try out this game with your students for free by joining as a free member here.

Here is what members get access to...

  • discounts on new releases,

  • new releases (before everyone else sees them),

  • and freebies like games and teaching resources.

Nonmembers do not get access to any of these things!
